What's this fabric called viscose?
Viscose is a soft, lightweight fabric derived from natural plant fibers. It’s known for its luxurious feel, similar to silk, but with the added benefits of breathability and moisture-wicking properties. It keeps you cool and comfortable, making our caftans perfect for warm climates or all-day wear. Plus, viscose is gentle on sensitive skin, ensuring you not only look chic but feel great too.
How do I care for the caftans?
Our caftans are designed to be easy to care for. While they are machine washable, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergents to maintain their softness for longer. And hang to dry to preserve the fabric’s quality. If needed, you can iron on low heat for a more polished look.
Will the caftans look the same as in the photos?
Absolutely! The designs you see in the images are exclusively created by our designers and photographed with our models to ensure you see exactly what you’re getting.
What if the caftans don’t fit?
No problem, send them back for a full refund.

-Preparation time : The preparation of your order before shipping takes between 2 to 4 working days.

Can I change my shipping address?
We can absolutely help change this for you, if your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!
Returns and Exchanges
What if I want to return my order?
We try to be as transparent as possible and provide all necessary information about our products.
But, if you want to return your order, you have 30 days to return it and ask for a refund.
Please note: The caftan(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.

Can I exchange my caftans for a different designs?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your caftans within 30 days for a full refund and place a new order for the color you prefer.
